As we’re going cashless again this year, at the point of purchase, there is the option to pre-load your wristband with credit. You can also top up online before you arrive or on-site at our top-up station.
Day passes are not available for PANAMA.
Please bring proof of age.
Please take the time to read all the Essential Information and ticketing terms and conditions before purchasing.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure each person in their group has their own individual ticket (especially if arriving separately).
Each individual ticket has a unique barcode, so make sure that you do not give a copy of the same ticket to more than one person.
It is essential to bring either a paper or digital copy of each individual ticket (note - phone reception is not reliable on the event site, so you will need to have a copy of your ticket downloaded and saved to your device beforehand).
To avoid potential ticket fraud, we’re offering refunds. Once we sell out we will collect names on a waiting list of people wanting tickets. A link will be made available once the event sells out.
If you can no longer attend we will process a refund. Refund requests close on Friday 28th February 2020.
This means there is no need for anyone to on-sell tickets. As such we would strongly discourage buying tickets from strangers. The only legitimate way to secure a ticket to PANAMA is via our ticketing partner.
Beware of fraud; if someone tries to sell you a ticket, you do so at your own risk.
Name changes are not necessary. Tickets are not individually named, so if you can’t make it, you can give your ticket to a friend. NOTE: Each ticket has a unique barcode. Multiple instances of the same barcode appearing at our box office will void all tickets with that barcode.
